A selection of routes from Hawick and further afield
Some of our favourite routes are shown below. Some of these are routes used for our Sunday club runs, others are routes provided by club members. We are fortunate in the borders to have so many great roads to chose from and with the exception of the few main roads (e.g. A7/A68), most roads have very little traffic and are ideal for social riding. Heading north-east towards Denholm/Ancrum/Kelso you'll find the generally flatter routes and heading west will take you towards the hillier rides around the Ettrick and yarrow valleys and then onwards to Dumfries and Galloway.
